Go-to-market plan and roadmap
Our immediate focus is to launch the Dob Validator, a tool that helps infrastructure operators validate real world asset data on-chain. This is the foundation of our broader platform for decentralized infrastructure investment. The validator is essential for establishing the credibility and integrity of infrastructure assets before activating tokenization or revenue distribution.
We have already built the automation and tokenization logic as Solidity smart contracts and validated the concept technically. The current effort focuses on adapting our architecture to the Stellar ecosystem and building the right interfaces and flows around the validation process.
Roadmap to launch
Phase 1: core MVP (month 1–1.5)
We will launch the Dob Validator MVP with a clean interface for infrastructure operators to submit project data and track validation status. Wallet access will be handled through Stellar’s Simple Signer, making the onboarding process secure and seamless.
Submissions will go through a human-led risk assessment, evaluating technical and financial readiness. Once approved, essential project metadata will be published on-chain using Soroban smart contracts, making infrastructure performance verifiable and transparent on Stellar.
Phase 2: enhanced functionality and go-to-market (month 2–5)
We will onboard our first operator partners, eHive, Bas3, and Infinita, and launch a dashboard so they can monitor validation in real time. At the same time, we will release an investor view to showcase verified projects to potential funders.
In parallel, we will begin migrating our existing Solidity based logic to Soroban, aligning the full tokenization and payout flow with Stellar’s infrastructure. Our go-to-market strategy will focus on onboarding new projects through our Infra Readiness Sprint, while using operator feedback to refine the process.
Phase 3: pre-market expansion (month 6+)
We will expand to new infrastructure sectors, starting with Mining Infrastructure, and continue scaling tokenization and automation flows on Soroban.
This phase includes launching a Stellar-native investor dashboard with real-time project metrics, and building a basic compliance layer with legal wrappers and performance ratings.
By the end of this phase, we aim to complete the full cycle, validation, tokenization, and automated revenue flows, all powered by Stellar and visible on-chain.
Go-to-market strategy
Our initial outreach targets physical infrastructure operators who need capital but lack tools to prove operational performance. These include EV charging networks, distributed solar developers, and data center providers. We help them unlock funding by validating and publishing performance data on-chain.
As part of the Kickstart program, we introduced a free Infra Readiness Sprint to assess a project’s eligibility for funding.
Starting in month 2, we will expand the program and activate our full outreach strategy:
Acquisition channels
We are reaching out directly to infrastructure operators through strategic DMs on Telegram, X, and LinkedIn, focusing on projects already working and looking for funding. We are also running targeted email campaigns through our lists.
We host monthly onboarding calls and live Q&A sessions on X. We are also building in-person relationships at events and partner activations to connect with the regional infrastructure and Web3 community (Stellar After Dark (Denver), Stellar in Fintech (Santiago), Web Summit Stellar event (Rio), Fintech Forum 13-14 may (Santiago))
Traction Goals
While we are still pre-launch and our near-term targets are:
- 6 Infra Readiness Sprints booked weekly
- 2 leads/week requesting paid validation or tokenization offers
- 2 confirmed conversion/month into our full protocol
Budget breakdown, if we win SCF Award ($15000)
1. Product development – $10700
This is our top priority. Funds will go toward expanding development capacity to complete the MVP and publish validated infrastructure data on Stellar. Specifically, we will focus on:
- Finalizing the UI for operator submission and validator review
- Integrating wallet access using Stellar’s Simple Signer
- Building backend workflows to support human-led validation
- Publishing verified project metadata on-chain via Soroban smart contracts
2. Infrastructure and operations – $800
Covers backend/API hosting, MongoDB, wallet interaction monitoring, and secure file storage for operator documentation.
3. Go-to-market and onboarding – $3500
This will support targeted outreach, onboarding, and communication with infrastructure operators:
- Direct outreach via Telegram, X, LinkedIn, and email
- CRM setup and lead tracking
- Execution of free Infra Readiness Sprints to assess operator readiness
- Onboarding calls and follow-up support
This helps us move real projects into the validator and start building early traction on Stellar.
Sustainability plan
Our revenue model is based on paid validation and tokenization packages, starting at $7K per project. We also charge a 1.5% fee on capital raised and a 0.5% fee on automated revenue flows.
Every project begins with a free Infra Readiness Sprint, which helps us qualify operators and ensure they are ready before entering the system.
Beyond the SCF grant, we’re preparing to scale through DePIN and climate-aligned grants, strategic partnerships, and a pre-seed raise.
Our strategy is clear: validate first, tokenize second, then scale—creating a high-trust entry point into decentralized infrastructure investment.
