Kyros is a fiscal automation protocol built on Stellar and Soroban, designed to modernize financial operations for the entire SME and Freelance spectrum. We address a critical structural inefficiency in the European market: the disconnect between banking flows and fiscal obligations. Currently, businesses rely on passive software requiring constant manual sync with advisors, causing liquidity mismanagement and administrative chaos. Kyros replaces this declarative model with an executive, programmable infrastructure that eliminates manual oversight. Our core innovation uses Soroban smart contracts to embed fiscal logic directly into the money flow. Instead of merely recording transactions, the protocol autonomously executes a split upon income detection. It physically segregates VAT and Tax liabilities into secure, non-custodial 'Tax Vaults' in real-time. This ensures every invoice is fiscally settled immediately, transforming compliance from a quarterly burden into an automated background process.
