SCF is more than an awards program — it’s a living governance system where the community shapes the future of the Stellar ecosystem. Every round, builders submit projects, verified community members vote on them, and together we decide which ideas move forward.
Verified Members
SCF Verified members are individuals that have proven longstanding interest in beneficially growing the Stellar ecosystem. Depending on the tier, they have a unique presence in the community, as well as exclusive benefits and opportunities.

Community Vote
Prescreened submissions are presented to Verified Members for a Community Vote. Verified Members can either directly vote for Projects to be awarded the full budget amount as requested in their submission, or delegate their votes to a nominated delegate. Voting weights are assigned via a reputation-based mechanism.
