By CashAbroad Smart Treasury

(1) Stablecoin payment flows (USA ⇄ MX, MX → CH):
CashAbroad uses Stellar as the settlement layer for enterprise stablecoin payment flows between international trade partners. Stellar enables atomic settlement, deterministic fee logic, and interoperability between liquidity and ramp providers. This infrastructure supports production payment corridors used by exporters and reduces settlement times to under four hours while lowering conversion and reconciliation costs.
(2) Tokenized treasury assets and liquidity integrations:
Stellar is used to integrate institutional-grade tokenized real-world asset instruments, including Etherfuse stablebonds (CETES and Thesaurus) and regulated stablecoins such as USDC and EURC. These integrations allow exporters to access on-chain treasury allocation, liquidity management, and yield instruments tied to operational cash balances in manufacturing and logistics. Additional integrations support USDC Soroswap Earn, and EURC Soroswap Earn with DEFINDEX.
(3) AI-assisted programmable treasury:
Stellar serves as the execution layer for conditional payment and FX automation logic. Treasury actions such as conversions, settlements, and trade payments can be triggered based on predefined rules, enabling automated and auditable treasury operations for enterprise exporters while reducing manual intervention and operational risk.
$75.0K
CashAbroad has processed $1.6M in unique Gross Transaction Volume (March–Dec 2025) across early enterprise trade corridors between the U.S., Mexico, and China.
A portion of these flows already settles on Stellar rails, with $2,017,811 USD in accumulated on-chain transaction volume on Stellar to date. Because on-chain payment flows typically involve both on-ramp and off-ramp transactions, network settlement volume can exceed the underlying economic transaction volume.
The platform currently processes approximately $250k monthly unique GTV (~$3M annualized) with enterprise exporters using the platform for treasury management and cross-border settlement. As more payment flows are routed through Stellar infrastructure, on-chain network settlement volume is expected to grow proportionally above the underlying transaction volume.
CashAbroad is expanding its enterprise pipeline through two government-backed pilot programs expected to onboard up to ~160 companies in 2026, alongside additional payment corridors.
Ecosystem validation includes:
$196k in Stellar ecosystem grants
$25k Starknet grant
$20k Stellar Growth Program
"Techstars Payments Accelerator" and "DraperU x Stellar Embark Accelerator Program"
Early investor traction (Minerva Fund pre-round)
Following the roadmap described in this proposal, CashAbroad projects ~$60M annual GTV within 12–18 months, with ~$42M expected to settle through Stellar rails as enterprise exporters adopt programmable treasury and payment infrastructure.
