Description

Arcane Privacy Layer is a non-custodial, compliance-ready privacy infrastructure for Stellar that enables developers and financial service providers to build confidential compliant applications without implementing their own cryptography or audit systems.

The layer routes transactions from wallets, payment platforms, payroll providers, fintech services, and Soroban applications through a shared ZK shielded pool, creating a unified anonymity set across the ecosystem. Privacy works as shared infrastructure, improving confidentiality for all participants as adoption grows.

Transaction details are private by default. When compliance is required, Arcane provides built-in auditability and role-based selective disclosure, allowing authorized entities to access only the minimum necessary data within defined scope and time windows, while preserving full cryptographic integrity and audit trails.
