BWB Digital Assets is a real estate private equity investment platform that uses tokenization to optimize performance and enhance transparency, financial returns, and user experience. The investments are public offerings compliant with CVM (SEC equivalent).

In Brazil, there is a structural access gap to real estate funding for small and medium-sized businesses, while the investors lack a compliant path to high-yield property deals. The current process is highly dependent on human execution and approval of paper-based payments and KYC to onboard capital. The result is slow, opaque, and exclusionary, long subscription cycles, yield distributions that take weeks, and no on-chain audit trail for regulators.

Our solution works both as a regulatory framework, and RealFi solution for self-custody real estate investment. We connect Brazilian investors directly to audited curated investment opportunities — while enabling issuers (real estate developers) to raise capital through compliant digital securities issued on Stellar.
