Humanity Link is building Enable, a financial infrastructure layer designed to improve how aid and value move globally.

Over the past several years, we have worked with organizations such as the Red Cross and Norwegian Refugee Council, supporting more than $70 million in aid delivery through digital communication and cash assistance systems. Through this work, we identified a major limitation: existing cash distribution systems are slow, costly, and dependent on multiple intermediaries.

Enable addresses this by using USDC on Stellar to provide direct, programmable payment rails for both organizations and communities.

Our model is hybrid: NGOs can distribute funds at scale with lower cost and greater speed, while communities can access the same infrastructure directly without complex onboarding or procurement.

Integrated with our EmpowerLink platform, Enable connects communication, registration, and payments in a single flow, creating a scalable model for faster, more inclusive financial access.
