Description

Liqvid has already delivered its first on-chain RWA issuance on Stellar: $5.75M tokenized in April 2026, verified on-chain and listed on RWA.io as Liqvid asset #1037. Our roadmap targets the deployment of approximately $250 million in tokenized assets on Stellar over the next 24 months.

This grant application is focused specifically on the lending market initiative: Liqvid x Stellar RWA Lending Market - a Stellar-native collateralized lending layer where eligible tokenized real-world assets issued through Liqvid on Stellar can be used as collateral to borrow USDC.

Liqvid already provides RWA infrastructure and marketplace access for mid-market alternative investments. Using Blend v2, we will expand this Stellar infrastructure into isolated USDC lending pools, where each Liqvid-issued RWA has its own pool. Verified investors can borrow against tokenized private-market positions without selling them.
