REAPP is an infrastructure protocol that enables AI agents to securely transact on the Stellar network without direct private key custody. We address the critical "AI Authorization Problem" by building a middleware bridge between Google’s Agent Payments Protocol (AP2) and Soroban smart contracts.
Instead of giving bots unlimited wallet access, REAPP allows agents to sign Cryptographic Mandates—scoped intents that restrict spending by amount, recipient, and time. These mandates are validated off-chain by our Gateway service and settled atomically on-chain via Soroban.
This "Intent-First" architecture transforms Stellar into the native financial rail for autonomous agents. It unlocks a new era of compliance-ready AI commerce, enabling use cases like automated procurement, autonomous research grants, and high-frequency Machine-to-Machine (M2M) payments that are economically viable only on Stellar’s low-fee network.
