We’ve built a compliant onboarding and payment stack that allows companies to fund payroll in fiat while contractors receive payouts in their preferred currency. This decoupling of employer funding from contractor payout gives both sides maximum flexibility. Employers can keep their treasury in fiat and maintain clean accounting.
