Description

TERWA is a real-world asset (RWA) vault project backed by premium wine production. This initial Proof of Concept tokenizes the future revenues from five harvests of one hectare of the renowned Château Coutet (Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, “Les Demoiselles” cuvée). The objective is to quickly expand to three hectares, and later to other exceptional European vineyards.

Investment in premium vineyards has historically been difficult to access; tokenization democratizes this real-world asset by making it fractional and accessible. Once issued, the tokens remain active on-chain and can be integrated into the DeFi ecosystem (DEXs, lending pools).

The Stellar network will serve as the issuance and settlement layer. Its institutional orientation and strong focus on compliance and global financial infrastructure make it a particularly relevant foundation for issuing real-world assets such as those underlying TERWA.
