Urbanflip is a live real estate co-investment platform with over $90M invested through it in the last 12 months. Each operation sits in a Spanish SPV holding legal title to one asset; verified professional investors participate as creditors via private placements.

We are bringing the platform's financial layer on-chain with Stellar: each investor's loan is a Stellar asset held in their own wallet; principal and performance interest are paid as auditable USDC batches via the Stellar Disbursement Platform; a regulated fiat anchor provides the EUR on/off-ramp; Stellar Wallets Kit / Privy give wallet access with sponsored reserves and fee bumps, so investors never hold XLM. Investor funds stay in safeguarded client accounts at a licensed payment institution until each raise closes; capital touches the chain only at deployment and payout.

Our objective: give professional real-estate co-investment the settlement layer it lacks, automated, auditable, borderless distribution plus a permanently verifiable on-chain track record, replacing manual wires, spreadsheets and trust-us bookkeeping.
