Volta Circuit is a non-custodial, smart contract-based security platform designed to enable secure asset management, DeFi participation, and cross-chain mobility. Modeled after Gnosis Safe, our architecture ensures users maintain full control over their assets through programmable, on-chain access controls without relying on centralized custodians. We seek support to integrate Stellar into Volta Circuit, extending our secure, multi-signature smart contract capabilities to the Stellar network. This will allow users to safely store and manage Stellar-based assets, interact with Stellar-native DeFi protocols, and facilitate trustless cross-chain transactions.
