Lend deploys compliant real estate tokenization infrastructure on Stellar using Soroban. The protocol enables investors to deploy stablecoins into professionally structured real estate operations with weekly on-chain yield distribution. The integration covers the full cycle: tokenized asset issuance, compliant subscriptions, yield distribution, and secondary market liquidity.
On track to be operational on Stellar
We have developed and deployed our Soroban smart contracts (Factory + OpLend token) on Stellar testnet. The code is open-source, verifiable on GitHub, and deployed here:
https://testnet.stellarchain.io/contracts/CATQIEC3UAAEPYBPFBJWHGY3WYQJJZ344NXAADZ7HWICA2SWG7NU5III
At this stage, the Factory contract manages the full lifecycle of operations: creation, subscription, OpLend token claims, cancellation/refunds, and conditional withdrawal of raised funds. The OpLend token implements the SEP-41 interface with balance management, allowances, and burn functionality. The additional features of these contracts, described in the technical architecture, will be developed as part of this grant.
Why Stellar Is Strategic for Lend
Lend targets European and international expansion with the ambition of onboarding investors who are not crypto-native, institutional LPs, family offices, traditional real estate investors. Stellar's anchor network (SEP-6/24) provides a mature and regulated fiat on/off-ramp infrastructure, with actors already active across Europe and internationally. This is a structural advantage that other networks do not offer in such an integrated manner, and it is a natural fit with Lend's positioning.
The Soroban ecosystem provides the programmability needed for compliant RWA tokenization (SEP-41 for tokens, Reflector for the EUR/USDC oracle), and alignment with the SDF 2026 roadmap ($1 billion in tokenized assets on the network) positions Lend as a direct contributor to that goal.
Bringing liquidity & deal flow to Stellar
We have partnered with Sate Investment Partners to source and structure institutional-grade real estate opportunities, ensuring high-quality deal flow for the Stellar ecosystem.
In parallel, we aim to onboard liquidity from EVM chains through our cross-chain infrastructure and incentive mechanism (Lend Points), helping direct crypto-native capital toward Stellar-native operations. We designed a cross-chain flow that will allow any capital formed on the EVM chain into tokenized bon on Stellar thanks to AllBridge in a few transactions.
We plan to kickstart our integration on Stellar by introducing a 1-year 1.25x multiplier on Lend Points generated through the ecosystem.
This incentive is designed to position Stellar as the preferred “home chain” for users engaging with Lend RWAs, encouraging early adoption and long-term user anchoring.
At this stage, incentives will be limited to points-based rewards. While we do plan to introduce APR-based incentives in the future, the scope of this grant is strictly focused on development, and does not include capital allocation for yield subsidies

Deliverable 1.1 — Soroban Smart Contracts: Factory + OpLend Token
Description: Development and publication of the two core Soroban smart contracts powering the Lend protocol. The Factory contract implements the full lifecycle of a tokenized funding operation: creation, opening to investment, processing of investments with backend signature verification, pre-deposit handling, token claim logic, operation cancellation with investor refund, and fund withdrawal. The OpLend token contract implements the Soroban token interface (SEP-41) with transfer restrictions, whitelist/blacklist management, and capped supply. Both contracts include comprehensive unit and integration tests. The Reflector oracle adapter interface is defined and integrated using mock data.
How to measure completion:

Deliverable 1.2 — Backend Worker & Event Indexing System
Description: Development of the backend worker responsible for indexing all protocol activity on Stellar. The worker connects to Soroban RPC and Horizon to capture and process contract events (operation creation, investment submissions, funding completions, cancellations, token claims). It reconstructs and maintains the full protocol state off-chain. The system exposes a REST API consumed by the frontend. The worker also handles backend signature generation used to authorize investments on-chain after off-chain KYC verification.
How to measure completion:
Backend worker successfully indexing contract events from Soroban testnet
REST API operational with response time <200ms, returning: operations list, operation details, investor positions, token balances
Backend signature generation endpoint functional and tested
