Through this submission, we aim to implement three Soroban smart contracts on the Stellar network that will extend the SimplyTokenized platform into a fully on-chain, transparent, and compliant tokenization framework.
Token Contract – Enables issuance, minting, burning, and capped supply management for tokenized assets.
Stellar Impact: Leverages Soroban’s WASM runtime for secure asset issuance and aligns with Stellar’s SEP-41 token standards for interoperability.
Crowdsale / Sale Router Contract – Facilitates multi-stablecoin token sales (USDC, EURC), pricing logic, whitelisting, and fund routing.
Stellar Impact: Utilises Stellar’s native stablecoin anchors and cross-contract calls for atomic, auditable sales transactions.
Payout / Redemption Contract – Supports three payout modes: off-chain bank transfers, claim portal redemptions, and on-chain wallet payouts.
Stellar Impact: Uses Soroban contracts for transparent redemption tracking, linking real-world settlements to Stellar’s ledger.
These improvements will transform SimplyTokenized from a centralized platform to a hybrid Web3 infrastructure, enabling secure on-chain token management, verifiable sales, and automated payouts within the Stellar ecosystem.
Our success will be measured through both technical outputs and ecosystem impact achieved with the project completion.
Output Metrics:
3 Soroban smart contracts (Token, Crowdsale, Payout) fully developed, audited, and deployed on the Stellar testnet and mainnet.
3–5 enterprise pilots launched using the new on-chain modules for token issuance and investor payouts.
10+ users interacting with on-chain functions through the SimplyTokenized platform.
Open-source release of Soroban smart contract templates and documentation for community reuse.
Impact Metrics:
Increased adoption of Stellar by enterprises for compliant tokenization and financing use cases.
Improved transparency and auditability of asset issuance and redemption through Soroban’s on-chain logic.
Bridging traditional finance and blockchain by connecting corporate clients, stablecoin anchors (USDC/EURC), and investors within the Stellar ecosystem.
Overall, success means proving that regulated, real-world tokenization can operate seamlessly and securely on Stellar, setting a foundation for wider enterprise adoption and long-term ecosystem growth.

The SimplyTokenized platform is already live and operational, demonstrating strong early traction and validation within the asset tokenization domain.
Our primary web application is available at:
We operate in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), serving clients in the fintech and digital asset management sectors. Founded in 2019, SimplyTokenized initially focused on clients in Austria and later expanded operations into Germany and Switzerland. Currently, we work with four active enterprise clients within our core industries, collectively managing tokenized and digitized assets valued at approximately €10 million.

These partnerships highlight the platform’s adoption by corporate clients in real estate, mining, and alternative asset financing, validating both business demand and product-market fit.
The current submission builds on this validated off-chain foundation by introducing Soroban-based on-chain smart contracts for issuance, sales, and payouts on Stellar.

Collectively, our team has previously built and deployed the SimplyTokenized Platform, a live cloud-based system for asset tokenization and investor management. This platform is already in use by multiple European clients for corporate financing and digital asset management.
We now aim to extend this expertise into the Stellar ecosystem by implementing the Soroban smart contract layer for on-chain token issuance, sales, and payouts.
