Opportunity: DeFi TVL is growing by 78% a year and projected to reach $1T by 2030. However, DeFi remains largely inaccessible due to its complexity, poor user experience, fragmentation, high risk, and lack of transparency. Tezoro built a non-custodial DeFi Yield Aggregator that captures the highest cross-chain yields across 2,000+ markets and manages risk through diversification and AI-driven monitoring.
Existing Stellar protocols offer high yields on only a few assets: mostly XLM and stablecoins. Tezoro brings high yields to the ecosystem across dozens of assets. Importantly, Tezoro is not competing with other Stellar protocols — it benefits them: Tezoro brings additional liquidity into Blend and Aquarius from other chains (Ethereum, Base, etc.), while also complementing infrastructure and consumer-facing products such as DeFindex, Wellspring, and other ecosystem solutions.
Here's a detailed document with an overview of existing Stellar solutions, highlighting the differences between Tezoro and its benefits for users, other products, and the entire Stellar ecosystem: https://www.notion.so/Stellar-Yield-Ecosystem-Overview-Tezoro-Differentiation-32e72b24a02c80b58719ca24141d63d6?showMoveTo=true&saveParent=true
Tezoro offers a yield strategy that does not currently exist not only on Stellar, but also across other ecosystems such as EVM and Solana. Tezoro’s differentiation is driven by several factors:
Higher yield through an ML-driven allocation approach. Tezoro uses Exponential Moving Average (EMA) to identify the most promising yield markets and allocate capital to the vaults and protocols that are most likely to deliver the highest future returns. This strategy has been backtested and achieved a Spearman ρ of 0.527, which falls into the top quartile of the theoretical range [0,1] and is generally considered a large effect size under Cohen’s conventions.
More about Tezoro’s yield strategy: https://gist.github.com/lobotomoe/91b11c089fd3119a6cb1cf77151d2331
Much broader yield universe.
Tezoro already aggregates 2,000+ profitable vaults and protocols, whereas Blend currently has only 4 active pools, with only one pool offering meaningful yield.
Much broader asset support.
Existing yield opportunities on Stellar are currently concentrated around XLM and stablecoins, whereas Tezoro will expand support to dozens of assets as part of the grant execution.
Full automation instead of manual yield management.
Tezoro fully automates the entire yield process: auto-allocation, gas-free auto-rebalancing, and reward auto-compounding, while existing Stellar protocols largely require manual pool selection and management.
Tezoro not only aggregates existing DeFi yield sources but also creates its own delta-neutral DeFi strategies, such as the Delta Protocol: https://www.deltaprotocol.org/
AI-powered risk scoring and 24/7 monitoring.
Tezoro leverages AI for protocol risk scoring and continuous risk monitoring, allowing faster and more adaptive responses to changing market or protocol conditions.

Benefits for users:
Higher APY: Tezoro always keeps your assets in top-yielding markets and leverages ML (EMA) to predict the APY.
Aggregation: Tezoro supports 2,000+ markets and counting.
Auto-compounding: Fully automated compounding of net yield and all rewards: on-chain and off-chain.
Lower risk: Diversification across markets + 24/7 monitoring.
Customizable risk: Select the risk level that suits you: Conservative, Balanced or Growth.
Gas-free: Tezoro covers all rebalancing gas costs and charges a 15% fee on profits only.
Instant access to your funds: No lockups. No waiting. Instant withdrawals.
No custody: Tezoro is a non-custodial DeFi protocol built on smart contracts.
Full autopilot: Make a deposit and watch your wealth grow.
Stellar Integration Summary
Soroban-native yield aggregation: Tezoro leverages the Soroban technology stack's superiority over Solidity and develops a settlement layer for a yield aggregator on Stellar. This will improve the protocol's on-chain functionality, scalability, and security. Stellar will allow us to issue native vault shares and perform frequent on-chain rebalances more cheaply than a purely EVM on-chain settlement approach.
How Tezoro will leverage Stellar: on-chain vault share accounting, share mint/burn, settlement of tokens flows, and cheap frequent rebalances.
Impact: drastically lower per-rebalance cost, native Stellar liquidity (example: tUSDC shares), and improved security via Soroban contract logic.
User benefits: gas-free UX on Stellar wallets, instant withdrawals (no custodial lockups), and automated auto-compounding of rewards.
Stellar protocols aggregation: Tezoro allocates and rebalances liquidity between Blend lending pools, Aquarius AMM pairs, Soroswap liquidity, and other yield sources to maximize APY. Tezoro will attract liquidity from Stellar users.
A yield bridge between Stellar and other ecosystems. With Stellar, Tezoro plans to solve one of DeFi's biggest problems: fragmentation.
Tezoro plans to launch both a yield-bearing token and a Tezoro DAO token on Stellar.
Benefits for Stellar:
✅ TVL Growth Through Cross-Chain Capital
Tezoro doesn't just optimize existing Stellar liquidity — it actively imports new capital from other chains. By bridging deposits from Ethereum, Base, and Solana into Stellar-native protocols (Blend, Aquarius), Tezoro directly increases Stellar's total DeFi TVL. Every dollar routed through Tezoro's cross-chain bridge is a dollar that wasn't on Stellar before.
✅ Better DeFi UX Drives User Retention
Stellar's DeFi ecosystem currently requires users to manually select pools, monitor rates, claim rewards, and manage risk across multiple protocols. Tezoro abstracts this complexity into a single deposit: users choose a risk tier and receive optimized yield automatically.
✅ Strengthening Protocol Interdependence
By integrating with Blend, Aquarius, and Soroswap simultaneously, Tezoro creates positive-sum dynamics: liquidity flows to where it's most productive, trading volume increases on DEXes (via reward swaps), and lending protocols receive deeper supply. Each protocol benefits from Tezoro's presence rather than competing for the same static pool of capital.
✅ Higher Volumes on Stellar
Tezoro not only allocates and actively rebalances assets between protocols, but also claims rewards, swaps them for underlying assets, and adds them to protocols for auto-compounding. All of this combined leads to increased volumes and greater demand for liquidity within the ecosystem, leading to increased returns for liquidity providers, lenders, and other ecosystem participants.
✅ Win-win for all existing players in the Stellar ecosystem
Tezoro brings liquidity to Blend and Aquaris, complementing DeFindex, Wellspring, and other solutions. Specific benefits for each protocol are described in detail above.

Objective: develop and deploy a functional Tezoro Yield Aggregator vault on Stellar testnet that accepts USDC deposits and earns yield via Blend v2.
Existing infrastructure: Tezoro has already built infrastructure that will also be used for Stellar:
Tezoro Yield Aggregator Engine (analytics layer, live on Ethereum mainnet): aggregates data from multiple sources, including Tezoro indexers and subgraphs; normalizes the data; computes APY; ranks markets by APY; runs ML-driven allocation simulations using an Exponential Moving Average (EMA) approach to predict top-performing markets; and simulates how allocations affect utilization and yield.
Tezoro Keeper (autonomous execution layer, live on Ethereum mainnet): connects directly to the blockchain and executes the full operational pipeline, including rebalancing across markets, accounting across Tezoro vaults, fee collection, autonomous withdrawals from risky markets (high utilization or bad debt exposure), reward collection from protocols and vaults, and swapping rewards into the underlying asset through whitelisted routers such as Odos and 1inch for auto-compounding. It also sends Telegram alerts and updates the admin dashboard.
Tezoro Security Layer (AI-driven scoring and risk monitoring, live on Ethereum mainnet): evaluates markets across five dimensions — collateral quality, market liquidity, operational risk, protocol maturity (including audits, TVL, and time in market), and yield sustainability. In practice, it analyzes more than 2,000 markets and whitelists only a little over 100.
