$96.5K
Fundable has moved beyond concept into active onchain usage, demonstrating clear demand for automated financial operations across Web3 teams.
Since launch, our platform has facilitated over $24,436.57 in total transaction volume, with $18,773.47 distributed across contributor payments, airdrops, and ecosystem incentives. These are not test transactions; they represent real operational flows, including payroll-like disbursements, community rewards, and structured fund allocations for active teams.
One of our strongest validation points is offramping, a core feature of Fundable. Within approximately 20 days of launch, we processed $5,663.11 in offramp volume, signaling immediate demand. This reinforces our thesis that Web3 teams, particularly in emerging markets, need seamless infrastructure to convert crypto into usable local currency. Offramping is quickly becoming a primary driver of both adoption and repeat usage on the platform.
So far, We have also received ecosystem backing through Starknet’s seed grant of $10k, and also engaged in the Ayahq x Lisk incubator and gained recognition in the Base ecosystem.

Tranche 1 - MVP & Base Infrastructure (Testnet)
Architect and deploy the foundational Soroban smart contracts that facilitates on-chain mechanics, while building the backend infrastructure required to index and serve this data efficiently.
Deliverables
1.1 Soroban Streaming & Vesting Protocol (Smart Contracts)
We will develop custom Soroban smart contracts that handle continuous token streaming and cliff-based token vesting. This includes logic for linear unlocks, non-linear dynamic curves, and customizable cancellation rights.
How to measure completion: Contracts pass a rigorous suite of unit tests, successfully compile, and deploy to the Stellar Testnet.
Budget Allocation: $11,000
1.2 Backend Event Indexer & DevOps Foundation
Soroban contracts emit events on every stream creation, withdrawal, or cancellation. We will build a high-performance backend indexer to read these events from the Stellar blockchain and store them in a structured database (e.g., PostgreSQL). We will also configure scalable cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines. This indexer will ensure that our frontend dashboard can load user streams instantly without bogging down the network, ensuring a web2-like fast experience.
How to measure completion: The indexer successfully syncs historic and real-time events from the Testnet contracts, and exposes them via a protected API endpoint.
Budget Allocation: $9,000
1. 3 UX/UI Wireframing & Prototyping
Delivery of high-fidelity, interactive Figma prototypes that map out every user journey. This includes the Stream Creation wizard for DAOs, the Real-Time Earnings dashboard for recipients, and the crucial UX for the 1-click fiat offramp. This design phase ensures we eliminate friction before a single line of frontend code is written.
How to measure completion: User-tested, clickable Figma prototypes representing all core product flows are approved and ready for engineering.
Budget Allocation: $8,000
1.4 OpenZeppelin Fee Abstraction (Soroban Paymaster)
Integrate OpenZeppelin’s fee abstraction framework on Soroban to allow users to pay Stellar transaction fees in stable coin or outright zero gas-fee transaction sponsored by us. This removes the requirement for users to hold XLM and significantly simplifies onboarding for non-crypto-native users in African markets who primarily transact in USDC.
How to measure completion: An end-to-end testnet demonstration will be completed showcasing a USDC transfer from a wallet with zero XLM balance, where transaction fees were seamlessly deducted in USDC using an OpenZeppelin paymaster contract. The full user flow; from initiating the transaction to successful completion; will be captured in a recorded demo video, highlighting the efficiency and usability of the system.
Budget Allocation: $6,000
Total $34,000
Tranche 2 - Web Application & On/Offramp Integration
Bring the smart contracts to life through a comprehensive web application, and seamlessly connect the stream withdrawal process to our proprietary fiat offramp API.
Deliverables
2.1 Unified Web Dashboard (Frontend)
2.1.1 Stellar Wallets Kit Integration
Dedicated integration of Stellar Wallets Kit to support wallet connections across Freighter, Albedo, and Lobstr. This ensures a standardized and secure connection experience for all Stellar users.
How to measure completion: Users can successfully connect supported wallets and sign transactions on Stellar testnet.
Budget Allocation: $750
2.1.2 Visual Dashboard
Senders will access tools to fund and configure streams. Recipients will have a visual dashboard showing their tokens unlocking second-by-second, with the ability to trigger withdrawals. This milestone provides a user-friendly interface that businesses expect from modern payroll and treasury management software.
How to measure completion: Users can connect a Stellar testnet wallet, initiate a stream, and intuitively withdraw unlocked tokens entirely through the web interface. The full user flow will be captured in a video demo.
Budget Allocation: $7,250
2.2 Seamless Fiat On/Offramp Integration (Backend & Frontend)
This is our flagship integration. We will integrate Anchor Platform as a native Stellar offramp option, in line with SEP-6, for recipients withdrawing unlocked USDC from payment streams. This will complement our existing offramp infrastructure, which already routes funds through Allbridge Core and Cashwyre(currently not natively supporting stellar) to support local fiat payouts across multiple markets. When a user withdraws unlocked USDC from their stream, they will be given the option to auto-convert it to local fiat currency and deposit it directly into their centralized bank account or mobile money wallet.
This essence of combining these options is to evaluate available payout paths based on destination coverage, exchange rates, fees, and settlement speed, and present the most efficient option to the user.
This feature bridges the gap between web3 earning and real-world utility. For freelancers in emerging markets, getting paid in a continuous stream of USDC is only useful if they can easily buy groceries. This feature solves that problem instantly.
How to measure completion: Successful execution of a simulated offramp transaction where Testnet USDC is verified as "claimed" and a payload is successfully submitted and accepted by the offramp API.
Budget Allocation: $8,000
2.3. TypeScript Developer SDK
Packaging our internal Soroban interaction logic into a clean, well-documented TypeScript library (npm package). Doing this empowers other builders in the Stellar ecosystem to easily integrate token streaming into their own decentralized applications without needing to write complex smart contract interaction code from scratch.
How to measure completion: The SDK is published, and accompanied by comprehensive GitBook documentation and example implementation scripts.
Budget Allocation: $8,500
2.4 Allbridge integration to facilitate crosschain offramp.
We integrate Allbridge Core SDK to facilitate our crosschain on/offramp infrastructure. This feature allows our users to offramp their stellar based earnings for real-life utility.
How to measure completion: The user initiates a USDC offramp withdrawal from their Fundable dashboard, after which Allbridge processes the cross-chain transfer and delivers the USDC directly to our provider’s choice-chain wallet. A video demo of the user’s transaction is captured.
Budget Allocation: $9,000
Total: $33,500
Tranche 3 - Mobile Application, Audits & Mainnet Release
Achieve production-ready status by securing the protocol, launching the web application on Mainnet, and delivering a powerful mobile app for on-the-go stream management.
3.1 Mainnet Deployment & Production Go-Live
Migrating the entire infrastructure (smart contracts, indexer, backend APIs, offramp processing, and web dashboard) to the Stellar Mainnet. Configuring production subdomains and monitoring systems. This milestone transitions the project from a sandbox environment to real-world, financial utility.
How to measure completion: The application is live at the production URL, and a verified transaction involving real Stellar USDC is successfully streamed, visually tracked, withdrawn, and offramped to fiat.
Budget Allocation: $8,000
3.2 Mobile Application MVP (iOS & Android)
Building a cross-platform mobile application (using React Native or Flutter) focused strictly on the recipient's experience. This includes push notifications when a new stream is assigned to them, a live-ticking visual of earned tokens, and a 1-click button to trigger the fiat off-ramp. The development of this App gives our users the ability to cash out their earnings from their phone which is critical for mass adoption.
To eliminate the friction of wallet setup for non-crypto-native users, the app will integrate Privy's embedded wallet SDK. Rather than requiring recipients to install an external wallet or manage seed phrases, Privy provisions a self-custodial wallet silently at onboarding — tied to the user's email, phone number, or social login. This means a recipient can receive, view, and off-ramp a token stream without ever interacting with a traditional Web3 wallet interface.
How to measure completion: A functional build of the mobile app is deployed to Testflight / Google Play Console internal testing, successfully authenticating a user via Privy (email or social login), provisioning their embedded wallet, and off-ramping their active streams — with no external wallet required at any point in the flow.
Budget Allocation: $6,500
3.3 Professional user testing and documentation
Conduct structured user testing with real users in some of the 23 African Countries our product operates in. Document all APIs, integrations, and system architecture. Publish public developer documentation.
How to measure success: A comprehensive user testing report will be conducted with at least 30 participants, alongside the publication of public documentation and the completion of detailed architecture diagrams, all of which will be fully accessible for review.
Budget Allocation: $8,000
3.4 Monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness
Implement comprehensive production monitoring dashboards covering the Soroban smart contracts, indexing services, and the offramp API integrations. Configure automated alerts for failed streams, webhook delivery failures, and liquidity thresholds. Create internal operational runbooks for incident response. By having proactive monitoring and alerting in place, we can detect and resolve network or settlement issues before they impact the end user's trust or disrupt automated treasury payouts.
How to measure completion: Monitoring dashboards (e.g., Datadog/Grafana) are live and tracking mainnet activity. Alerts are successfully configured and tested. Internal operational runbooks are published for the core team.
Budget Allocation: $6,500
Total: $29,000
