1. MVP — Backend ↔ Blend Integration (6 weeks)

Objective: Establish the core technical integration with Blend on Stellar.

Delivered in this phase:

Integration with deployed Blend lending pool contracts
Backend services to:
- Read pool data (rates, liquidity, utilization)
- Index and cache Blend protocol data
- Simulate supply/withdraw transactions
- Broadcast signed Soroban transactions
- Decode contract responses for client use
Internal APIs for:
- Pool metrics
- User position retrieval
- Transaction status tracking
End-to-end validation of:
- USDC supply to Blend pools
- USDC withdrawal + interest accrual
Basic UI integration

Tranche 2 (Deliverable Roadmap) - Testnet

2. Testnet — Client Integration & UX Layer (6 weeks)

Objective: Expose the yield system to users through the wallet interface.

Wallet UI integration with backend services
New Yield UX flows:
- Yield onboarding prompts
- Supply USDC flow
- Withdraw flow
- Position dashboard (balance + accrued yield)
Improvement of current UX/UI (overall)
Transaction building in client:
- Calls to Blend pool contracts
- Local signing
Display of:
- APY
- Pool status
- User position data
Testnet testing of full flow:
- Wallet → Backend → Stellar → Blend → Wallet

Tranche 3 (Deliverable Roadmap) - Mainnet

3. Mainnet — Production Hardening & Launch Readiness (4 weeks)

Objective: Move the tested system to production-grade deployment.
