Piggy Wallet is a self-custody app that helps parents manage allowances, chores, and savings for their kids. With our new "Earn on Stellar" module, families can now easily move their USDC to Stellar and start earning yield through DeFi protocols.

What we’re shipping:

Native Stellar Wallets: We use Privy to automatically create wallets and set up trustlines, while keeping full self-custody.
- Impact: This lowers the barrier to entry, allowing non-crypto natives to onboard to the Stellar ecosystem instantly.
Built-in Bridging: Powered by CCTP V2 Fast, users can move USDC from Base/EVM to Stellar (and back) with clear quotes and status tracking.
- Impact: This creates a direct funnel for liquidity from EVM chains into Stellar.
Yield Integration (Soroban): We’ve integrated DeFindex and Blend v2 so users can easily deposit into vaults and track their APY alongside their Base assets.
- Impact: This drives TVL to Stellar-native Soroban protocols by exposing them to a retail audience.
Frictionless UX: A guided deposit wizard and gas-sponsored transactions—meaning families can use the app without ever needing to buy XLM.
- Impact: By removing the gas barrier, we make Stellar the most user-friendly chain for family micro-savings.

Initial funding to onboard developers, set up dev environments, and prepare infrastructure for wallet + bridge MVP.

Milestone: Stellar Ready (Wallet + Bridge MVP) We are delivering a complete end-to-end flow to get USDC onto Stellar.

Key Features:

Wallet Integration: Automatic Stellar wallet creation for Guardians (via Privy) with secure XDR signing.
Asset Management: We handle the boring stuff (trustlines, balance checks, and transaction history) automatically.
Built-in Bridging: A full integration with CCTP V2 Fast (Base/EVM → Stellar). Users see quotes, send funds, and track status without leaving the app.
Robust UX: A simple "Move to Stellar" interface that includes clear progress updates and error recovery (so users aren't stuck if a transaction fails).

Success Criteria:

Testnet Demo: Successfully create a wallet, set the trustline, bridge funds, and confirm receipt of USDC on Stellar.
QA Check: The system passes our standard checklist (including successful retries on failed transactions).

Tranche 2 (Deliverable Roadmap) - Testnet

Milestone: Earn on Stellar (Yield Module MVP)

Key Features:

DeFindex Integration: Users can browse vaults and manage deposits/withdrawals directly. We handle the complexity: XDRs are generated, signed securely via Privy, and submitted to the network.
Position Tracking: A clear dashboard showing the user's deposited amount, current value, yield earned, and live APY.
Guided UX: A dedicated "Earn" screen that seamlessly links the bridging step to the deposit step.
Flexible Exits: Users can withdraw their funds and keep them on Stellar, or bridge them back to EVM chains in one flow.

Success Criteria:

End-to-End Demo: Successfully bridging funds, depositing into a DeFindex vault, viewing the position, and withdrawing on Testnet.
Data Accuracy: The APY and position values displayed in the app match the actual vault data.

Tranche 3 (Deliverable Roadmap) - Mainnet

Milestone: Mainnet Launch & Reliability We are taking the full system to production, ensuring it is safe and stable for real money.

What we’re shipping:

Full Mainnet Access: The complete flow, from Wallet creation to Bridging, DeFindex earning, and Withdrawals, goes live on the Stellar Mainnet.
Production Hardening: We are implementing robust safety measures, including retry logic (idempotency), failure recovery, and real-time monitoring to prevent stuck transactions.
User Testing & Polish: We will conduct professional user testing (via SCF) and immediately ship fixes for any high-priority UX friction points found.

Success Criteria:

Live Pilot: A cohort of real users successfully using the feature on Mainnet.
Refinement: User testing is completed, with a clear log of "before/after" UX improvements shipped.

We’re a 3-founder team building Piggy full-time: Sofia Vasquez (CEO) leads vision, growth, partnerships, and fundraising; Ignacio Valdivieso (CTO) is a senior engineer with 10+ years building systems and blockchain infrastructure; and Matías Codón (CPO/Design) ships high-fidelity interactive prototypes and product experiences end-to-end with clear ux/ui. We combine deep fintech + web3 execution with consumer product craft, and we move fast with an iterative, metrics-driven build loop.
