Stallion Success Criteria & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The success of the Stallion platform will be measured by a clear set of milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on technical development, user engagement, and ecosystem impact. Our criteria are designed to demonstrate our value as a central hub for talent and innovation within the Stellar ecosystem.
Our primary measure of success is becoming the go-to pipeline for projects seeking skilled Web3 talent. This will be demonstrated through the quality and engagement of our user base.
KPI 1.1: User Onboarding & Diversity
Goal: Onboard a diverse and active community of skilled users.
Target: Onboard and retain 1,000+ registered users on the Stallion platform within the first 6 months of mainnet launch.
Metric: We will track user sign-ups and segment them by region (Africa, South Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and other) to ensure we are successfully reaching our target markets.
KPI 1.2: Talent Quality & Skill Alignment
Goal: Successfully connect projects with the right talent.
Target: Achieve an average talent-to-bounty application conversion rate of over 30% within the first 6 months.
Metric: We will monitor the number of applications per bounty and the successful completion rate of bounties to validate the effectiveness of our talent matching system.
A critical measure of success is the platform's ability to drive tangible economic activity and create real value for our users and partners.
KPI 2.1: Bounty Volume & Payouts
Goal: Showcase a strong use case by facilitating significant bounty payouts.
Target: Distribute over $10,000 worth of bounties in the first 6 months of mainnet launch.
Metric: This will be a direct on-chain metric, tracking the total value of assets paid out to talent for completed bounties on the Stellar mainnet.
KPI 2.2: Project Partnerships & Ecosystem Integration
Goal: Establish Stallion as a core partner for projects within the Stellar ecosystem.
Target: Secure partnerships and list bounties for at least 10 unique projects within the first 6 months of mainnet launch.
Metric: We will track the number of projects onboarded and the number of bounties they post to measure our value proposition to the ecosystem.
3. Platform Health & User Satisfaction
Beyond user numbers and payouts, the long-term success of Stallion depends on a healthy, active platform that users genuinely value.
KPI 3.1: Platform Stickiness
Goal: Ensure users are not just visiting, but are consistently engaging with the platform.
Target: Achieve a Weekly Active User (WAU) to Monthly Active User (MAU) ratio of over 50% within the first 6 months.
Metric: This will be an on-chain and off-chain metric, tracking unique wallet interactions and user logins per week and month.
KPI 3.2: User Feedback & Satisfaction Score
Goal: Build a platform that is intuitive, bug-free, and provides a positive user experience.
Target: Maintain an average user satisfaction score of 4 out of 5 in post-bounty completion surveys.
Metric: We will collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from both project creators and talent after each completed bounty to monitor sentiment and identify areas for improvement.

Goal: Attract a wide range of skill sets to meet the diverse needs of the Stellar ecosystem.
Target: Ensure bounties are listed for at least 5 distinct skill categories (e.g., Development, Content Creation, UI/UX, Community Management, Auditing).
