Choppaddi is built by a dedicated in-house team of five. There are no external developers, contractors, or dev shops contributing to this build. Every line of production code is written, reviewed, and maintained by the team members listed below.
Role and technical ownership: McManus leads product direction, business strategy, and overall execution. He supervises mobile app development across iOS and Android, coordinates cross-functional delivery across the engineering team, and owns the product roadmap and stakeholder relationships. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Richmond Open University, Nigeria, and brings hands-on experience across full-stack web development, cloud management, mobile and web application development, UX research, agile project management, and DevOps.
Fintech and payments experience: As co-founder of Choppaddi, McManus has led the product from concept through live operations in Asaba and Enugu, Nigeria — overseeing a real-money payment system processing NGNC stablecoin transactions on Stellar for customers, vendors, and riders. He is also the founder of iCreations Cloud Technologies, where he delivers end-to-end digital solutions for businesses across cloud management, mobile, and web application development.
Stellar experience: McManus has been hands-on with Choppaddi's Stellar-based payment infrastructure since its inception, working closely with the CTO to ship the existing NGNC wallet system, sponsor wallet model, and on-chain settlement layer currently in production.

She owns the core architecture, all blockchain-related work, the Stellar integration, the NGNC wallet system, the sponsor wallet model, the custodial key management infrastructure, and the full production engineering roadmap. For this submission, she is the primary engineer responsible for the USDC wallet extension, NEAR Intents integration, SDP integration, and all on-chain settlement logic across Tranches 1, 2, and 3.
Fintech and payments experience: Koxy has built and shipped production-grade payment infrastructure on Stellar, including the existing NGNC custodial wallet system, on-chain escrow settlement flow, and sponsor wallet gas abstraction model currently processing real transactions in Nigeria. She is an active SCF pilot contributor and Track reviewer, giving her deep familiarity with the Stellar ecosystem's payment and disbursement infrastructure from both a builder and ecosystem governance perspective. She also volunteers as Lead Developer Relations for Women in DeFi, supporting the onboarding of developers into decentralized finance across Africa.
