Fiatsend has two connected products: a business platform and a consumer app.

Businesses access the console to create payment links, generate merchant QR codes, make payment integrations, manage recipients, and track payments.

Consumers can pay those businesses from the Fiatsend app using local currency or stablecoins.

For this grant, we will integrate Stellar into this current flow using Stellar Wallets Kit and the Stellar Disbursement Platform. Stellar Wallets Kit will allow businesses to connect Stellar wallets within the fiatsend B2B console, receive USDC payments, and fund payouts directly from their wallets.

The Stellar Disbursement Platform will help Fiatsend grow payouts for businesses. This will enable merchants, payroll platforms, marketplaces, and other B2B users to send bulk payments through Stellar while Fiatsend manages local currency settlement.

Tranche 1 (Deliverable Roadmap) - MVP

Budget: $18,400

Brief description
Build the first Stellar-enabled MVP inside fiatsend console and connect it to the existing Fiatsend consumer app flow.

Deliverables

Integrate Stellar Wallets Kit into fiatsend B2B console.
Allow businesses to connect a Stellar wallet.
Display connected wallet address and USDC balance.
Generate Stellar-enabled merchant QR/payment link.
Show a demo flow where a consumer can scan/pay a business from the Fiatsend app.

How to measure completion

Business can connect a Stellar wallet from the console.
Console displays wallet details and balance.
Merchant QR/payment link is generated successfully.
Demo video shows business console + consumer app working together.

Tranche 2 (Deliverable Roadmap) - Testnet

Budget: $27,600

Brief description
Move the Stellar payment and payout flow to testnet and integrate the Stellar Disbursement Platform for business payouts.

Deliverables

Connect Fiatsend payout flow to Stellar testnet.
Integrate Stellar Disbursement Platform for bulk payouts.
Allow businesses to create single and batch payouts from fiatsend-console.
Track payout status in the console.
Integrate SEP‑24 with stellar anchor (Yellowcard / Seevcash) on testnet

How to measure completion

A business can fund payouts using a connected Stellar testnet wallet.
At least five batch payout of 20+ recipients is processed on testnet.
Payout statuses are visible in the console.
Testnet transactions are verifiable on Stellar Explorer.
Payout item reaches a defined state that reflects both SDP/chain completion and a test/simulated local settlement reference
Demo shows wallet connect → business payment → batch payout → local settlement status.

Tranche 3 (Deliverable Roadmap) - Mainnet

Budget: $36,800

Brief description
Launch Stellar wallet payments and business payouts on mainnet across the Fiatsend console and consumer app.

Deliverables

Deploy Stellar Wallets Kit integration to production.
Enable businesses to receive USDC payments through Stellar.
Launch merchant QR/payment link support for real businesses.
Launch Stellar-powered payouts through the console.
Complete professional user testing with selected businesses.

How to measure completion

At least 25 businesses connect Stellar wallets in production.
At least 100 real merchant payment or payout transactions are completed on mainnet.
One batch payout of at least $5k using Stellar rails.
Mainnet transactions are verifiable on Stellar Explorer.
User testing feedback is collected from real business users.
Production SEP‑24/SEP‑38 flows for USDC-GHS with reconciliation between on‑chain/SDP references and local provider references
