The existing products and services are described below. The additions and improvements are detailed in the tranches area. It is important to recognize that ApiCharge is a broad platform that removes friction in all aspects of productionising and monetising any kind of digital service and that this submission is narrowly focused on ML/AI use cases to help creators and ML developers productionise their work without behemoth middlemen or the alternative of DIY business and IT development. It is largely developed but needs a push to get it across the line through public beta and fully live with the initial set of users in the ML and AI space. Moreover, one ApiCharge template to be released in the coming weeks is ApiCharge Stellar RPC - a Stellar RPC server that accepts stablecoin micropayment for usage. This means that anyone will be able to host and monetize Stellar RPC servers commercially. It will also offer feebump transaction sponsorship and account activation sponsorship by adding two new endpoints for sending transactions and creating accounts. This means that in addition to the ML/AI use case, the early version will transform the Stellar network to offer the same stable-native UX that L1s like ARC or TEMPO are aiming for, at no extra cost, allowing user onboarding, account activation and service consumption with stablecoin USD or EUR alone.
1. ApiCharge Payment Gateway Network reverse proxy that intercepts API requests and gates access through Stellar Soroban authorization signatures before forwarding to backend services. Supports multiple protocols including HTTP and streaming protocols like WebSocket and Server-Sent Events, plus REST, GraphQL, RPC, gRPC, with HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2, and HTTP/3 compatibility. Uses USDC/EURC stablecoins on Stellar for flexible payment models from sub-cent micropayments to month or year-long access purchases, with negligible fees that traditional payment rails cannot support. Offers pricing control through mutually signed promises and Quality of Service guarantees enforced by signed purchases, with a dedicated Soroban smart contract acting as neutral third-party witness ensuring both parties honor their commitments.
2. Cross-Platform Desktop Client Avalonia-based application for Windows/Mac/Linux that manages pricing configuration, service levels, service deployments, and infrastructure. Includes built-in Stellar wallets using double encryption and platform secure storage, with integrated fiat on-ramp via Stripe. Simplifies developer onboarding by abstracting Stellar complexity while maintaining non-custodial control of funds.
3. Vast.ai Integration Streamlined deployment system that provisions ApiCharge-enabled GPU servers on Vast.ai. Users deploy ML models and ComfyUI workflows without understanding Docker, Stellar, or infrastructure - the system handles configuration and payment routing. Stellar smart contracts automatically split revenue between compute providers and model creators.
4. Docker-based ApiCharge Templates for ML Monetization Pre-configured containers for popular ML frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, ComfyUI, custom models) with integrated ApiCharge gateway. Enables developers to monetize existing models on any infrastructure, not just Vast.ai, while maintaining the same Stellar payment benefits.
5. OpenAPI Documentation & Testing Interface Scalar-powered interactive documentation with built-in testing capabilities for all ApiCharge endpoints. Stellar's fast finality (~5 seconds) enables near-real-time payment verification in the test environment, letting developers experience the pay-per-use flow immediately without complex integration work.
6. Service Marketplace Apicharge.com list of published services for discovery and consumption using ApiCharge native apps (like the Cross Platform Native Client) or programatic consumption using the automatically generated server ApiCharge protocol API.

By the mainnet tranche completion I would like to see a viable platform to compete with Replicate.com, Fal.ai, Civitai , aspects of HF, and a growing number of users that should already be 10s of regular creators with 1000s to 10000s of indirect users (for ML/AI use cases) paying for creator access. However, the stablecoin movement and growing noise around Stable native L1s and apps might bring much more traffic just to the Stablecoin Stellar RPC node alone, which is hard to predict, and if x402 usage grows heavily, then ML/AI ApiCharge templates (which would also support x402 comms by then) might start to accumulate discovered AI agent consumption. So there is a blessing and risk that usage might grow too fast.
Going to market will start to be in progress with a limited cohort from within a few weeks. Revenues are referrals and commission on mainnet usage. The whole series of improvements is aimed at tailoring the platform to the ML/AI developer, the initial target audience, improving and increasing usage . Also, the Stellar RPC Stablecoin gateway should begin to gain usage as soon as it is produced, likely within 1 to 2 weeks of this message.
Right now the platform is slowly transitioning to public beta and held up on Apple approval process, delays incurred by MoonPay - switched to Stripe, and needs more ML/AI use case specific dev. The mainnet contract is deployed, but subject to change in the sense that we might again have to produce a new version (we do not want updatable contracts). But traction evidence in the near future will be easily followed by:
- Contract activity (I can supply the contract id to whoever will receive the updated contract ids) as this tracks all purchases
- Vast.ai referals
- Docker image downloads
