Arcane delivers a compliance-ready privacy infrastructure that enables institutions and developers to run confidential financial operations on Stellar.
More details on the product are available in this document.
The submission includes the production deployment of the following components:
Compliance Portal. A web interface for auditors and operators that supports investigation workflows, role-based access, report generation, and controlled selective disclosure. All access is logged and scoped by role, application, and time window.
Compliance Services Layer. Off-chain services that provide authentication (SEP-10), role resolution via SEP-01, encrypted audit event indexing, and controlled data disclosure for authorized auditors and regulators.
Private Transaction Engine. A non-custodial execution layer enabling confidential deposits, transfers, and withdrawals while preserving full auditability through encrypted event logging and selective disclosure.
Developer SDK and APIs. Integration tools that allow wallets, payment providers, payroll systems, and other applications to enable confidential, compliant transactions without implementing custom privacy or compliance infrastructure.
Application Gatekeeper Framework. A reference service that enforces application-level authorization, policy controls, and transaction validation before interaction with the private execution layer.
Reference Application. An open-source confidential payments example demonstrating end-to-end integration with the infrastructure.
All components are delivered as reusable, developer-first infrastructure to reduce integration complexity and enable institutional use cases such as payments, payroll, treasury operations, and settlement on Stellar.

The Arcane team has a track record of building and operating production privacy infrastructure:
Arcane DEX on Aleo processing 1,000,000+ private transactions, as well as a token platform, and a top validator by profitability with $8M TVL across our products.
Yona – ZK privacy layer live on Solana Mainnet. 10+ major integrations with projects such as Kalshi, DFlow, Remora Markets, xStocks, Jupiter, and others. More than $1,000,000 in volume has been processed on Yona.
Reactor DEX – Central Liquidity Hub on Fuel, the largest liquidity, more than 10,000 unique users all time, more than $200,000,000 total volume in the last 6 months.
Arcane already has a working proof of concept on Stellar, including a live demo of the compliance portal and a reference confidential transfer application:
