Use of Allbridge bridge in liquidity cross-chain interoperability with the Stellar network using Stellar USDC on Houdini Swap.
Use of Sodax Solver in liquidity cross-chain interoperability with the Stellar network using XLM and Stellar USDC on Houdini Swap.

Effective trading competitions on Houdini Swap typically generate $1M–$3M in weekly transaction volume:

The BRETT trading comp saw ~$1.5M in volume
BASE Boxing reached ~$1.5M
MEW exceeded $2.5M

Our experience shows that pairing strong co-marketing with assets becoming available on Houdini Swap helps drive both user awareness and real usage in both Stellar and Houdini Swap communities as well as for new users of Stellar assets acquired through such activity.

Go-To-Market Plan

Following fulfilment of the milestones, and at Stellar’s election, Houdini Swap will initiate promotional activities that will spotlight the availability of Stellar assets on Houdini Swap to engage both user communities. In addition, and again at Stellar’s election, Houdini Swap will initiate a trading competition featuring Stellar assets to drive Stellar asset related swaps and swap volume.

The promotional activities will exclusively support the the availability of Stellar assets and amplify their visibility and will include a suite of co-marketing initiatives, including:

AMAs with the Stellar team to introduce the Stellar assets and answer community questions
Inclusion in Houdini Swap’s Tokenlist Thursday and Magic Monday series
Custom social content and announcement support by our marketing team
Feature placement on Houdini Swap’s blog page
Dedicated social media support around the assets availability and the trading competition

Tranche 1 (Deliverable Roadmap) - MVP

Houdini Swap does not require MVP deliverables, as all the deliverables are standalone fully developed solutions which are individually deployed.

Enable USDC on Stellar for cross-chain private swaps and no-wallet connect swaps via centralized exchange routes.

1. Description: Houdini Swap will facilitate the availability of USDC natively deployed on Stellar with a portfolio of centralized exchange partners. In addition, the token will be mapped to enable its use in our private swap router.

2. Acceptance criteria: USDC on Stellar is tradeable at houdiniswap.com for both private and no wallet connection required flows.

3. Estimated date of completion: Jan 15, 2026

4. Budget: $15,000

Note* Once EURC and PYUSD become available on major centralized exchanges, we can also include them in our integration plan.

Tranche 2 (Deliverable Roadmap) - Testnet

Integration and activation of Allbridge to support the bridging of Stellar USDC

Enable USDC on Stellar at the decentralized level via Allbridge acting as the bridge and liquidity source for standard cross-chain swaps.

1. Description: Houdini Swap will develop an API integration with Allbridge for quotes, exchange and status updates for swaps. Following integration, Houdini Swap will activate the token and pairs on our smart router. Houdini Swap will additionally ensure that all Web3 wallets are supported and active for the Allbridge connection to send the transaction on-chain.

2. Acceptance criteria: USDC on Stellar is tradeable at houdiniswap.com from dex routes via Allbridge using web3 wallet connection.

3. Estimated completion date: between the end of Feb and March 2026.

4. Budget: $50,000

Tranche 3 (Deliverable Roadmap) - Mainnet

Integration and activation of Sodax (solver) to support the bridging of XLM and USDC on Stellar
