Soroban Smart Contracts (Core)
Three period-specific contracts manage independent reward pools: 7-day, 3-month, and 6-month. Early withdrawal triggers a penalty function routing forfeited yield to the period's reward pool. Goal completion triggers pro-rata distribution from that pool.

WHY NOW — PROVEN MODEL, ACTIVE SOROBAN DEVELOPMENT
Vaquita is not a prototype. We already ran this savings mechanic in production on Base with real users, real deposits, and 3+ months of on-chain activity. This SCF application funds the Stellar-native version, with two contracts already live on Soroban testnet.

Deliverable 1.1 — Soroban Savings Pool Contracts
Description: Deploy one pool contract with three periods (7d, 3m, 6m) on Soroban testnet with penalty routing logic and pro-rata reward distribution mechanics.
Completion criteria: One contract addresses publicly verifiable on Stellar Expert testnet; GitHub repo with full source code; CI report showing ≥80% test coverage; penalty trigger and reward distribution executable via CLI demo recording.

Deliverable 2.2 — Leaderboard NFT Badge System
Description: Implementation of an on-chain leaderboard reward system that issues NFT badges to top users based on platform activity. Badges will be minted via smart contracts and stored on Stellar, representing different leaderboard tiers (e.g., Top 10, Top 50, Top Contributor). Includes contract optimization and wallet compatibility through Stellar Wallets Kit.
Completion criteria: Smart contract deployed to mint and distribute leaderboard NFT badges. ≥3 badge tiers automatically awarded to users based on leaderboard position. Demo video showing badge minting and claiming. Test coverage ≥90% for NFT minting and distribution logic

Description: Full ARS/USD → USDC → Vaquita deposit flow via Anclap SEP-24, including a Spanish-language KYC.
Completion criteria: Video demo of end-to-end deposit from fiat ARS to active Vaquita vault position, with ≥1 real transaction verifiable on Stellar Expert mainnet; KYC functional in Spanish with complete error handling.

Deliverable 3.3 — Full UX Readiness
Description: Spanish-language onboarding flow, complete error handling on all user-facing paths, FAQ, and verified mobile responsiveness on iOS Safari and Android Chrome.
Completion criteria: Screen recording of full onboarding in Spanish, from empty wallet to first active deposit; app verified on iOS Safari and Android Chrome with zero unhandled errors on critical paths; FAQ published at live URL.

Deliverable 3.4 — End to End Testing
Description: Implementation of a full testing pipeline including automated end-to-end tests, integration tests, and manual regression testing across supported browsers and wallets. Ensures all core user flows operate reliably before production release.
Completion criteria: Automated end-to-end test suite covering onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, and leaderboard/NFT badge interactions with integration tests validating smart contract interactions with the frontend. Manual regression testing across supported wallets (Freighter, Albedo, and ≥3 additional wallets). CI pipeline report showing successful test runs with ≥95% pass rate across all critical user flows.

Completion criteria: Published security report (GitHub or public doc) listing all findings with severity and resolution status; zero unresolved high-severity issues; technical docs published covering system architecture and UX Engineering.
