Tender Checkout
What: An embeddable payment widget, POS terminal and hosted checkout page that allows any business to accept cryptocurrency payments, including BTC, ETH, USDC, XLM, XRP, and AVAX.
How Stellar is used: All incoming payments are settled into USDC (Merchant settings) on the Stellar network via NEAR Intents per Merchant settings. This positions Stellar as the universal settlement layer, regardless of which blockchain the customer uses to pay.
Impact: Merchants benefit from a single settlement asset and a unified balance, eliminating the complexity of managing multi-chain treasuries. It also offers faster and cheaper settlement compared to Ethereum-based alternatives.
Tender Payouts
What: A one-click system for merchants to convert crypto revenue into local fiat currency through global payout rails.
How Stellar is used: The system uses the Stellar Anchor Platform (SEP-24/31) to connect to regulated fiat rails for bank transfers and mobile money. Additionally, MoneyGram Access enables cash withdrawals at over 350,000 locations across 200+ countries.
Impact: This allows merchants in emerging markets (such as Nigeria and Kenya) to accept crypto and receive local currency, removing a major barrier to crypto adoption for physical businesses.
Tender Disbursements
What: A bulk payment tool designed for payroll, vendor payouts, NGO distributions, and large-scale enterprise disbursements.
How Stellar is used: It leverages the Stellar Disbursement Platform (SDP) to manage recipient registration, compliance, and mass USDC transfers over Stellar’s high-speed, low-fee network.
Impact: This enables NGOs and enterprises to execute low-cost, auditable, cross-border bulk payments, opening up a new customer segment for the Tender platform.
Tender YIELD
What: An optional feature that allows merchants to earn returns on their idle crypto balances rather than leaving them dormant.
How Stellar is used: Idle USDC is deployed into Blend v2 lending pools on Soroban. Merchants can track their yield in real-time directly through their dashboard.
Impact: This turns a merchant's treasury from "dead capital" into revenue-generating infrastructure, providing a unique competitive advantage over other crypto payment processors.
Tender Dashboard & API
What: A unified merchant interface and REST API used to manage payments, payouts, disbursements, and yield in a single location.
How Stellar is used: Because all operations settle on Stellar, the dashboard pulls data from Horizon/RPC to provide real-time status updates on transactions, payout tracking, yield accrual, and disbursement monitoring.
Impact: Merchants gain a "single pane of glass" view of their entire crypto payment lifecycle, fully powered by Stellar’s infrastructure.
$120.0K
Transaction Volume
Total Volume: Over $19M in processed transactions across major assets including BTC, ETH, Stellar, XRP, AVAX, and stablecoins (USDC, USDT).
On-Chain Verification: You can view some live transaction clusters and flow via the Arkham Intelligence Visualizer.

Live Infrastructure: The production-ready merchant dashboard is accessible at tender.cash.
MARKET POSITION
Targeted Focus: Tender prioritizes high-value and high-frequency environments like luxury retail and nightlife where transaction reliability is the top priority.
Proven Track Record: Successfully scaled in Nigeria, which represents the largest crypto economy in Africa.
Growth Strategy: The platform is aggressively expanding its payout, off-ramping, and disbursement features, specifically leveraging Stellar integration to streamline these processes.
Tranche 1: Core Settlement & Cross-Chain Routing
Total Budget: $36,000

Deliverable 1: Stellar Settlement Engine
This is the foundational infrastructure upon which all other features are built. It involves creating the core module to manage merchant USDC balances on the Stellar network.
Key Tasks: Stellar account management, trustline setup, USDC balance tracking, and setting up environments for integration partners (Anchor, MoneyGram, SDP, Blend, and NEAR).
Success Metrics: A Testnet demo showing a simulated merchant payment being credited as USDC on the Stellar testnet, visible within the Tender dashboard.
Timeline: Completion by Week 3.
Budget: $12,000.
Deliverable 2: NEAR Intents Cross-Chain Routing
This module allows Tender to accept payments from "external" chains (like Ethereum or Bitcoin) and automatically convert them into USDC on Stellar.
Key Tasks: Integrate the NEAR Intents 1Click API, build the intent creation service, manage solver callback handlers, and establish settlement confirmation logic.
Success Metrics: A recorded end-to-end testnet demo: A simulated ETH payment triggers a NEAR Intent, resulting in USDC delivery on the Stellar testnet. The transaction must be visible on Stellar Expert.
Timeline: Completion by Week 5.
Budget: $14,000.
Deliverable 3: Anchor Platform Integration (SEP-24)
This deliverable enables the critical "off-ramp" feature, allowing merchants to turn their digital USDC into local fiat currency (like NGN or USD).
Key Tasks: Implement the SEP-24 interactive flow, build the payout request interface, and handle anchor discovery (SEP-1), authentication (SEP-10), and deposit/withdrawal handlers.
Success Metrics: A testnet demo showing a merchant initiating a payout from the dashboard, completing the interactive flow, and seeing a real-time payout status.
Timeline: Completion by Week 6.
Budget: $10,000.
Tranche 2: Payouts, Disbursements & Yield
Total Budget: $36,000
Estimated Timeline: 12 weeks after kickoff
Deliverable 1: MoneyGram Access Integration
This deliverable focuses on physical cash accessibility, allowing merchants to withdraw their settled funds at over 350,000 global locations.
Key Tasks: Integrate the MoneyGram Access API, build the USDC-to-XLM conversion flow via the Stellar DEX, and develop the payout submission and status tracking interface.
Success Metrics: A testnet demo showing a merchant requesting a cash-out, the conversion to XLM, the generation of a MoneyGram reference number in the dashboard, and real-time status updates.
