Normal is a synthetic asset and index fund protocol. Our mission is to make crypto normal using on-chain finance to make investing and diversifying global assets easier.

Products & Services

Many synthetic asset protocols have come before us, but all have failed to both create sustainable assets and expand horizontally across asset classes. Our unique AMM, insurance backstop, and permissionless oracle registry allow us to achieve both. Our on-chain index fund protocol takes it one step further, enabling anyone to create custom index fund tokens that suit their needs, automate their investing, and simplify their diversification across global markets. Stellar excels at stablecoins and last-mile distribution, but it lacks reliable exposure to assets outside its native tokens. Institutions will choose Stellar for its stablecoins and RWAs. Normal will bring the rest of the market to them!

Roadmap:

Launch nBTC, nETH, and nSOL tokens with liquidity pools using Liquidity Award
Launch Top 3 Index Fund token
Migrate $100k of capital from proof-of-concept product into Top 3 Index (which subsequently purchases each Normal Token)
Integrate these 3 Normal Tokens into payment apps like Beans and Decaf and DeFi protocols such as DeFIndex, Blend, and Aquariuis
Unlock the second tranche of Liquidity Award and use it to launch Normal Ripple (nXRP), Normal Binance Coin (nBNB), and Normal Dogecoin (nDOGE)
Scale TVL to $500k by migrating additional client capital and attracting 3rd party liquidity providers with USDC and XLM pool incentives and Normal Protocol Points program
Reach $1m TVL by integrating Normal Tokens and Index Tokens with more DeFi protocols

GTM Strategy:

Build distribution channels with Stellar wallets, DeFi protocols, and payment apps
Build product-led marketing features that create UGC for organic social reach
Host index fund competitions and trade battles with incentives to attract new users
