
Scopuly will improve its existing non-custodial Stellar wallet by adding two focused Stellar access products: MoneyGram ramp access and CCTP native USDC movement.
The first product improvement is MoneyGram integration inside Scopuly. Users will be able to start deposit and withdrawal flows from the wallet where MoneyGram Ramps are available. Scopuly will provide the wallet-side experience: entry points, availability checks, supported asset/country/currency handling, provider flow initiation, transaction status tracking, wallet history, user guidance, and documentation. Scopuly will not launch or operate its own Stellar anchor; KYC, fiat processing, and compliance remain with MoneyGram/provider-side infrastructure.
The second product improvement is CCTP integration for native USDC movement into Stellar. Scopuly will add a user flow that helps users move USDC from supported external chains into Stellar without wrapped assets or traditional bridge liquidity. Once USDC arrives on Stellar, users can manage it in Scopuly and use it for supported wallet actions such as asset management and payments.
Across both products, Scopuly will add shared UX for availability, limits, statuses, transaction history, error states, user documentation, QA, and usage metrics. The goal is to make Scopuly a clearer and more practical consumer gateway into Stellar USDC and real-world access flows while preserving self-custody.

Scopuly is already live and publicly available across iOS, Android, macOS, Web, and Telegram. The wallet has moved beyond prototype stage and is actively used for Stellar account management, assets, payments, swaps, liquidity pools, Stellar DEX trading, QR payments, claimable balances, multi-signature flows, transaction signing, and other Stellar-native actions.
Current product traction includes approximately 19,800+ wallets, 73,000+ tracked Stellar assets, and 33,000+ liquidity pools indexed or accessible through the platform. Scopuly also maintains public releases, app store presence, user-facing documentation, Medium updates, and an active Telegram community.
Recent validation includes the completed Changelly integration, which added external swap, buy, and sell access flows inside Scopuly and demonstrated the team’s ability to integrate third-party financial infrastructure into the wallet experience.
Scopuly has also already worked through the MoneyGram integration path with the relevant ecosystem teams and is now preparing the production-oriented phase for wallet-side MoneyGram access. This proposal focuses that next phase around MoneyGram ramp UX, CCTP native USDC movement into Stellar, transaction statuses, wallet history, documentation, QA, and usage metrics.
Additional inbound ecosystem interest from LINK Global, a Stellar SEP-24 anchor for African USDC on/off-ramp corridors, and Aurora / NEAR ecosystem contributors shows that Scopuly is increasingly recognized as a potential access layer for Stellar and cross-ecosystem liquidity. These opportunities are not part of the core SCF #44 deliverables, but they validate the broader direction.

This gives the team the ability to turn complex Stellar infrastructure into practical wallet features that users can access from everyday devices.
For this SCF submission, the core execution focus is MoneyGram and CCTP integration inside Scopuly’s existing non-custodial Stellar wallet. The team will focus on wallet UX, backend integration, availability checks, status tracking, transaction history, documentation, QA, and usage reporting.
