By SDEX.exchange — Open Stellar DEX Interface and Asset Intelligence

SDEX.exchange is a live MVP client-side interface for Stellar’s native decentralized exchange.
The current product lets users access Stellar markets, search assets, inspect trading pairs, view orderbooks and recent trades, access swap/buy/sell/send flows, review balances, and build wallet-signed transactions. Stellar is used directly through issued assets, trustlines, native orderbooks, path payments/swap routing, claimable balances, and on-chain settlement.
The SCF-funded phase will improve SDEX in five areas:
Production usability: harden the raw MVP, fix bugs, improve transaction review, and make the interface reliable enough for public use.
Mobile onboarding: build a usable mobile-first flow so new users can understand Stellar assets, trustlines, liquidity, routes, and signing before trading.
Wallet choice: add or improve multiple wallet/signing options so users are not locked into one signing path.
Downloadable/self-hostable access: provide a static downloadable version so users can run the interface locally or from their own device for stronger control.
Independent asset intelligence: build read-only Stellar data infrastructure and signals for issuer profile, liquidity quality, orderbook depth, spread/slippage, holder concentration, trustline patterns, route quality, wallet relationships, and wash-trading resistance.
SDEX does not custody funds, manage user accounts, or operate a hosted trading backend. The trading flow remains client-side and user-signed. The intelligence layer helps users inspect assets before they sign.

SDEX.exchange is already live as a working MVP:
The MVP demonstrates the core product direction: a browser-based interface for Stellar DEX markets where users can inspect assets, view market data, access swap/buy/sell/send flows, review balances, and build wallet-signed transactions.
Current validation is product validation rather than large user traction. The MVP proves that the core Stellar DEX interface can be shipped and used as a foundation for a stronger production product.
Current limitations are also clear: the MVP is raw, has bugs, lacks a fully usable mobile version, has limited wallet integration options, and does not yet include the full independent asset intelligence layer.
This submission requests funding for concrete next steps: production hardening, mobile onboarding, wallet choice, downloadable/self-hostable access, dedicated Stellar data infrastructure, and independent asset intelligence for informed user decision-making before trading.

The ISS approach treats stored data as a liability: sensitive material should stay minimal, temporary, structured, hashed, referenced, or user-held where possible — not turned into a permanent private-data warehouse.
SDEX.exchange is the live Stellar DEX interface in this submission. It is expanding into mobile-first trading, asset discovery, trust signals, and machine-readable market intelligence.
The work combines Stellar DEX mechanics, issued assets, trustlines, non-custodial interface design, ledger analysis, and AI-assisted review of assets, issuers, liquidity, wallet behavior, metadata, public information, and observable market signals.
