Go-to-Market Strategy & Roadmap

Our go-to-market strategy starts with securing initial liquidity through Stellar’s liquidity rewards, which will kick-start zkCrossDEX activity and establish strong TVL from day one. As we grow, we’ll actively collaborate with Stellar, ecosystem partners, and market makers to scale TVL and deepen liquidity.

Key milestones:

Launch Phase: Deploy zkCrossDEX on Stellar mainnet using initial liquidity from Stellar’s program to drive early adoption and trading volume.
Growth Phase: Incentivise liquidity providers with targeted rewards, partner with leading Stellar DEXs, and onboard community projects to accelerate TVL growth.
Expansion: Introduce fiat on-ramps, wallet abstraction, and new automated yield strategies to attract broader user segments and foster sustainable, organic liquidity.
